From where I am, when Hon. Duale said that Hon. Wandayi is in his first term, even if it were to go to a court for defamation, if there was any defamation, it will be ruled as a fair comment. Truly, Hon. Wandayi is in his first term. The only thing that I agree with you totally is that being a first timer does not at all determine one’s performance. If you are keen, that would be fine. The Leader of the Majority Party was perfectly in order.

Well, I will give a chance to one last Member, especially a Member who would be contradicting what Hon. Gumbo has said. We have gone through this and I think the better way for us is to proceed, looking at everything and having gone through the Standing Order, I am convinced by the position of Hon. Gumbo.
