This is because there are several amendments that have been made and therefore the heading of Part IX should be changed. I would like the Chairman to pronounce himself on this one then we will proceed. In this one we will not be putting any Question. So, it is for the Chairman to tell us what he has. Do you have it there, Hon. Langat? This is as a consequence of the several amendments that have been done between clauses 90 to 114. So, probably just for record ... view

Members, what the Chairman is proposing is to put a new heading to PART IX which will read as follows: “Methods of Procurement of Goods, Works and Services.” That is as a result of the several amendments that have been made and therefore that will be the more appropriate heading as far as the Chairman of the Committee is concerned. So, we will proceed. view
