For this particular one, it is on page 3,255 and page 3,256. That is the part that will clarify it so that you do not have to wonder on issues that are well captured in the interpretation pages. view

  • 28 Apr 2015 in National Assembly: “Disadvantaged Group” means persons denied by mainstream society access to resources and tools that are useful for their survival in a way that disadvantages them or individuals who have been subjected to prejudice or cultural bias because of their identities as members of groups or categories of persons without regard to their individual qualities, and includes categories as shall be prescribed.” If you refer to page 3,255 of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Bill, 2014, that will be clear. The issue that has come up a few times is the “Disadvantaged Group.” view
