  • 13 Aug 2014 in National Assembly: It is good for the Members to be up to date on that one. view
  • 13 Aug 2014 in National Assembly: Very well. That is fine, hon. Gumbo. Hon. Wanga. view
  • 13 Aug 2014 in National Assembly: The hon. Member for Kibra. view
  • 13 Aug 2014 in National Assembly: What is your point of order, hon. Mbadi? view
  • 13 Aug 2014 in National Assembly: First, hon. Member, we have already transacted that and it has already been carried by the House. The issue of a further amendment being made on an amendment is really something that happens here all the time in this House and you are a senior Member of this House. Some Members bring amendments and, therefore, deny other Members an opportunity to amend and then for one reason or another are not present to move their amendments. That is number one. What Members should know is that in future there are two ways in which you can handle this matter. You can have a letter by the Member if you want to move on his behalf or secondly, you can proceed and make your own amendment like hon. Mwaita did even if there is also ... view
