Members, is the reduction from two years to one year. Hon. S.S. Ahmed had an opportunity to delete that particular sub-section, but he withdrew. Therefore, we will deal with the further amendment and it is up to hon. Members to make the decision. But, unfortunately, we do not have an amendment on the Floor. I will give hon. (Dr.) Kibunguchy a chance again. view
