Secondly, on the issue of hon. Sang’s Bill No. 40 and hon. John Mbadi’s Bill No. 38, the sense that came out of it is the fact that hon. Mbadi had the VAT Bill. I am informed that the House Business Committee thought that another hon. Member should be given an opportunity. It really makes perfect sense.
