In any case, hon. Ochieng, the issue is that Members already have the documents; they had the time to look at them and are eager to contribute. That is why they do not want you to take a lot of time. In fact, my advice to you is that you should not take too much time; just summarize as the Chair has done. Whatever you have just said is your opinion. view
