  • 19 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: I can see there are two Statements to be responded to. The first request is by hon. Mwadime. Is he in? I see the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing but I do not see the hon. Member who has requested the Statement. view
  • 19 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: Okay. Then you better concentrate hon. Mwadime. Proceed, hon. Kamanda! view
  • 19 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: Order, hon. Kamanda. I saw the hon. Member for Mavoko had his card at the intervention slot. Did you have a point of order or you are exploring the gadget. You have actually removed it. So, proceed Mr. Chairman. view
  • 19 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: You have removed the card. Proceed, hon. Kamanda. view
  • 19 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: That definitely will, therefore, have an impact on the time we will take on that Statement. That is because the hon. Member attended the Committee. That is the best way to go. Secondly, because this is a fairly specific Statement request touching on a particular road in a particular constituency, I do not think we will take a lot of time on that. Let us have hon. Mwadime to seek any clarifications. view
  • 19 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: I want to be clear on that. You attended the Committee meeting and you want to seek clarification. I want you to seek specific clarifications. Are you asking whether the timelines are not specific or what are you saying? You should be asking when the road will be completed. view
  • 19 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: Let us hope the Chairman will be able to reply when the road will be completed. Let us have the Chair respond to that. I expected that, at the point when the hon. Member was in the Committee, most of those issues should have been dealt with. Proceed and clarify that specific bit before I give two other hon. Members. • 19 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: Did you say between now and February? view
  • 19 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: Very well. That is okay. Let us have hon. Washiali view
  • 19 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: Very well. Let us have hon. King’ola. view
