I am not quite sure that this Statement should be directed to the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. To me, this request should have been directed to the Departmental Committee on Energy, Communication and Information. I think everybody seems to be interested in taking requests to hon. Langat’s Committee. Let us hear from hon. Langat before I come to hon. Jamleck.
