I want to say that if you have your Standing Orders there, look at Standing Order No.48. The Member sought permission from the Speaker earlier that he wished to change that particular figure from Kshs1,200 to Kshs3,060 and I was actually going to communicate it immediately after he finishes whatever he is transacting now.
