Speaker, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion: THAT, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No.120, this House resolves to reduce the publication period of the Appropriation Bill (National Assembly Bill No.19 of 2020) from seven days to four days. Hon. Speaker, the Appropriation Bill, No.19 of 2020, is basically the Bill which will enable the Government to spend money from July, 2020.
