Otiende Amollo, you know that before we table any Motion and particularly in an amended form, it requires the approval of the Speaker’s Office. This has been approved by the Speaker. We reached an agreement with the National Treasury on any projects which were not funded. When we received reports from committees, they convinced us that certain projects need funding and in our First Schedule, we thought we could agree on where we could get funding for such projects.
