Members for the suggestions they have given and these suggestions of disbursing the money to 290 constituencies is really the easiest option for us and the Board. I wish also to note that the hon. Members who have spoken, most of them represent the old constituencies; the 210 Constituencies. There are equally other hon. Members like those of Nairobi County who wish their money to go to their independent 17 constituencies; the hon. Members from Nakuru County have made presentations to Constituencies Development Fund Committee that they want their money to go ... view

So, he should be clear in terms of what he wants to be shared between the constituencies, and then I will give a Statement. view

• 11 Jun 2013 in National Assembly: On a point of order, hon. Speaker, Sir. I just want my friend, Hon. Wamalwa to go to the right section of the report. He is misleading Kenyans that we have allocated money to buy two aircraft for the police, which we have not. He has also said that we have allocated Kshs15 billion for the modernization of the police vehicles, which we have not. He is looking at a report which states “key priority areas not funded”. I just wanted to correct him. view
