What I meant was even I who is much older than you, did not benefit from the bursaries of county councils because they had already been phased out through corruption. So, I did not mean to be derogatory. You are much younger than me, but I did not even benefit. That is I why I am saying that the Senator for Kirinyaga probably went to school on bursaries of county council because he is much senior citizen than we both are. view
