Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (7) by – (a) inserting the words “the intended removal and” immediately after the words “writing of” appearing in paragraph (a); (b) inserting the words “before the board” immediately after the words “put in a defence” appearing in paragraph (b). There was something missing in the Bill; that the Chief Executive maybe removed without a hearing.
