Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I think what is coming out clearly is that the Committee is recommending that rather than the Cabinet Secretary being the one to give notice to have the panelists who will interview the people, they would rather the Public Service Commission (PSC) puts out a notice and advertises in the public media or gazette. We are devolving power so that the Cabinet Secretary does not have to do it and I do not have to do it. So, I think we can go with the PSC.
