Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I wish to state that I concur with this because these two cities had been pronounced much earlier incidentally by both Heads of State; that is, the retired President Moi and also the current Head of State. In fact, this proposal was in the amendment that we had brought forward to Cap.265 but after the consultation, we had to retrieve it to bring it in consonance. So, we concur with this proposal.
