I am pleading, on behalf of the Ministry of Transport, so that it gives a very comprehensive Statement. One extra day in between will enable the Minister to bring out a very accurate Statement so that this threat can be dealt with. He can also provide a very clear roadmap on how he intends to deal with this situation. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I seek your indulgence in this matter. view

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, on 14th June, serious allegations were made against my Ministry on the Floor of this House and I wish to give a Ministerial Statement as follows: One, the Makadara ESP Market is among the 180 markets advertised by the Ministry of Finance on 25th, 2009 and 14 bidders bought the tender documents. I will be tabling the documents to show who the bidders were. view
