Mbuvi is a Muslim, a Christian or both, the fact remains that at that time the Chairperson had indicated that he was ready to move and the only reason why he did not issue the Statement is because Sen. Mbuvi was not there. Now, that Sen. Mbuvi is here, how then can it be that today when he is here, the Statement is not ready while last week when he was not here, the Statement was ready? Could we just be told the answer to that contradiction? view
