  • 25 Apr 2012 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 38 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “or in such other form as the Registrar may in any particular case approve” immediately after the words “prescribed form”. The amendment is to allow for approval of forms where transactions require use of amendments to prescribed forms to capture the spirit, particulars and circumstances of the transaction. view
