Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 24 be amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (2)- (2A) The Chief Justice shall in consultation with the Court make rules for the determination of admissibility by the Environment and Land Court of proceedings pending before any court or local tribunal.
