Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in the last Budget, we had a great imbalance of roads being earmarked for funding through the Government Budget. But the operators cannot operate their businesses because of Government discrimination. Could the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs tell us why the Government is discriminating against those operators?
