Speaker. There is no reason why the beneficiaries of those people are suffering and there is nothing that we are looking for. The people that were in the Ethiopian Airways plane are dead and a declaration under these accidents is what needs to be done in court. A formal request should be made. I rise to support the Report of the Mediation Committee on The Land Value Index Laws (Amendment) Bill. Sen. Mwangi was the Vice Chairperson of the Committee, but our Chair for purposes of mediation.
