  • 23 Feb 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I wish to concur with hon. Millie Odhiambo-Mabona, because she is right. There is really a difference between these funds. I say this with utmost respect to the Committee on this particular budget, but I would like to draw its attention to the fact that the Judicial Service Commission is a distinct Commission constitutionally and is quite separate from the Judiciary. Therefore, the two should not be mixed. view
