We are told it would have been issued on Tuesday, then Wednesday and today is Thursday. We are going on recess and the atrocities continue. So, which other forum do I have? As soon as we come back, they can issue the report. The Committee can also involve some of us who have an interest in the matter as they organise the visit. view

Is it in order for the Cabinet Secretary to preempt the meeting about what we will discuss?
