  • 5 Oct 2021 in Senate: Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I support this Bill. I have gone through it and seen that it has some good things for us, as a country. First, it provides the legal framework that will guide this country and all the public-private partners, together with the people who will be doing that. Again, I support this Bill because it gives the opportunity for our country to do projects that will help us grow. By doing those big infrastructural projects that will help our country grow, that will in turn help us to employ many people. view

As a country, we are struggling because our economy is not doing well right now, but I believe that in future, many partners will come and invest in our country. By even borrowing loans that will help our country to put this into place, we will be able to create employment. view

It will also give us the opportunity as a country to be more innovative and creative and to come up with projects that can help us grow. view
