I also stand up to support the Report on the Sessional Paper No. 2 of 2013 on the National Industrial Training and Attachment Policy. This aligns itself to the Budget Statement which was outlining a policy for this country on special tax rebates for all those companies. The Jubilee Government is already taking very seriously the training for National Youth Service (NYS), so that they can learn more after getting the classroom training and the work that they have been doing.
