I know this was complimentary to what President Kenyatta is already doing – the 30 per cent procurement reservation for women, youth and persons living with disability. This is also complimentary to the fact that some funds have been added to the Women Enterprise Fund, the Youth Enterprise Fund and the Uwezo Fund. All this is supposed to compliment what we are already doing. view
