I think all of Hon. Ken Okoth‘s amendments were dropped by the National Treasury and he is in agreement with them. That is why he is not in the House or maybe he has other reasons. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 21 of the Bill be amended by – (a) deleting the words ―in Kenya‖ appearing immediately before the words ―invest in trust funds‖ in subsection (1); and (b) deleting the words ‗such bank or banks‖ appearing immediately before the words ―as it may determine‖ and substituting therefor the words ―any bank‖ in sub-clause (2). This is just for clarity purposes.
