Gumbo, Hon. Ogari, Hon. Humphrey Njuguna and everybody who took their time to come to the Committee. I also thank the Treasury and the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade.   • 28 Apr 2015 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support the further amendment that the Chair of the Committee has brought because it defines where you cannot do business. It allows anybody to do business with any other firm apart from where he or she has special interest - like where he works. I support the amendment. view

Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 61 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “or fraudulent” immediately after the words “any corrupt”; Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, we are including the word ‘fraudulent’ because in the Bill it says “corruption”. So, we want to be very clear that it is both corruption and fraud. view
