Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 65 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after Subclause (8) — (8A) The ownership of, or right in, any property referred to in subsection (8)(b) shall not include rights arising by virtue of owning shares in publicly listed companies”. The import is just to have the ownership very clearly elaborated and seeing the rights arising by virtue of owning shares in public listed companies. view
