should tell our supporters that it is not wise to shout and heckle other leaders. That is because as some of my colleagues said before, leaders came from other countries and there are Kenyans there. In actual fact, we would not like Kenyans in those other countries to be harassed.

I thank the Minister for giving us that answer. There are several cases of kidney problems, especially in Central Province which also includes my constituency Kieni. Recently, we lost a form two student called Dennis in a place called Belle View as a result of problems which affected his kidney. When is he going to install dialysis machines in the other provinces?

When is the Ministry going to consider them? These are those IDPs who are not in the camps.
