Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the point that has just been raised by hon. Odoyo is valid. What we should be saying here is: "and includes a deputy registrar and an assistant registrar of the trade unions". That is because under the deputy registrar, there will be officers that are assistants.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I agree with hon. Syongo that, indeed, these other service commissions are governed by their own Acts. Therefore, deleting this clause would not be quite right. So, I propose that Clause 4 be amended as it appears on the Order Paper.
