I would urge him to bring the regulations governing the Engineers Act, which is close to my heart. I request my colleagues that, as we go out, let us all work collectively to take Kenya back to the goals of the founding fathers of this nation, so that we have a Kenya devoid of tribalism, poverty, ignorance, disease and a Kenya which can provide, to most of us, manageable standards of living. view
