Is the Minister in order to mislead the House that these people mentioned in the Report cannot speak for themselves when we have heard Artur Magaryan talking all the time even on television arrogantly even after the Report came out? • 2 Dec 2010 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, even as this is going on and we have serious youth unemployment in the country, there is one General Manager in charge of security who is two years shy of being 70 years old. He has worked in the Civil Service for nearly 40 years. What is a 68-year old doing at KAA as a General Manager in charge of security when he should have retired at the age of 55 years? view
