I want to ask him: Why he does not want to appreciate the diversities of this country? In a country, you will have one, two or three unique districts! In northern Kenya, there are men with four wives! Why would you want to doubt the reproductive capacity of a man with four wives? view
• 31 Aug 2010 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister would want to contravene his own census results by declaring that the reason as to why he is canceling them in some districts in the upper north of this country is because he has a female to male ratio of one to three, when the results he produced this morning show the opposite. They have a ratio of about one to one. So, why would the Minister want to create a wrong impression? view
