I would want to welcome my sister, Dr. Kosgey, to the Ministry of Agriculture; it is a Ministry that means a lot to Kenyans, and to me in particular, because I come from an irrigation scheme. I would like to urge that this Motion gets the support, not only of the Ministry of Agriculture, but also of the whole Executive arm, including the Treasury.
