  • 27 Jun 2007 in National Assembly: No, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I did not mention any individual complaining, unless it is Mr. Koech. But since I did not mention and I do not have the papers now, I beg to withdraw. But he seems to be very, very much concerned about it. view
  • 20 Jun 2007 in National Assembly: asked the Minister for Health:- (a) whether he could direct that the following public health facilities in Rongo be inspected and gazetted immediately:- (i) Ngonga Dispensary; (ii) Angaga Dispensary; (iii) Siruti Dispensary (iv) Oubo Bita Dispensary, (v) Kitere Dispensary; and, (b) when he will deploy staff and send medicine to the said facilities. view
  • 20 Jun 2007 in National Assembly: Part "a" of the Question had also asked about Angaga Dispensary and there seems to be no response to that. As the Assistant Minister tells us about Angaga, is this a kind of compilation of the list work that takes time? June 13, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 1763 Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to take this opportunity to pay tribute to the Mover of this Motion. We know very well that this Motion is seeking to do two very fundamental things to this country. The first fundamental thing that this Motion seeks to do and the manner in which it seeks to do that fundamental thing is the enactment of the Information and Communication Bill. The two things that it seeks to ... view
  • 13 Jun 2007 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Did you notice that Mr. Wanjala crossed the Floor in a jua-kali way without bowing to the Chair? view
