• 15 Nov 2023 in Senate: to send forces to Haiti. This is a very serious issue considering the situation in Haiti. We expected the President to shed light on that. This is one of the obligations under Article 240 in his speech. He kept mum about it. He has already decided that the country is going to send forces to Haiti and yet the Constitution under Article 240 requires Parliamentary approval. He has done that because he knows that, probably some of us here, are just voting machines. He will decide, come here, put a Motion and the voting machines will vote. view

However, I am an expert in the computer industry and I know what a machine does. A machine is a gadget that is directed as to what to do and it does exactly what it is directed to do.
