We have had many problems with Kenyans who travel to Saudi Arabia and the Middle East looking for opportunities. Some of them have died in mysterious circumstances, while others have been arrested and locked in. I ask the relevant Committee, which is the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, to give it a lot of focus and consideration so that the licensed institutions that conduct these processes, the agencies, together with NITA, need to stick to the regulations especially on matters to do with training.
