  • 24 Oct 2018 in National Assembly: Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I would like to speak on this Motion. While it is very important that the Ministry of Education has policy guidelines, they cannot be put in place alone without looking at policies in the lands departments. Such policies include land use planning and the Physical Planning Act, which require to be changed in order to accommodate policies on land. If we want to develop a policy on school land alone, we need to ask ourselves where the land will come from, who will plan for the land and who are the people in ... view
