But if you check the population against the number of public utilities being put up, they are not in congruency completely. They forget that you need a secondary school, primary school and a kindergarten. view
  • 24 Oct 2018 in National Assembly: As we urge for the formulation of policies, we need to look at it from a larger perspective and picture such that the Ministry of Lands and the Ministry of Education should sit together and look at the whole aspect from a holistic perspective so that as the Government sets aside funds it knows how much land is required in the next 10 years for the development of schools. It should also know how much money should be factored in the budget so that we can have a holistic picture in the development of the policy. view
