Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. It cannot be sideshows when Hon. Tobiko says that the land in Laikipia must be returned to the original owners. That needs to be a bigger discussion. It almost makes me think it is a scramble for Laikipia when the Laikipians have been set aside and other people are discussing the issues. I must go on record.
