Instead of putting it in the Act, we can put this in the regulations and it will take care of your concern. We plead with our good friend because he did a very good job, but on this one, we are supporting the Chair because we think that the regulation will take good care of this matter without making a big deal out of it. For a long time we have not given prisoners an opportunity to register and vote. This is the case and yet that is their right as enshrined in our new Constitution.
