Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is high time that if there is a public service job opportunity, it is advertised in good time, so that every Kenyan who qualifies can have an opportunity to participate in the selection process. This directive is really killing The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor.
