Theuri that people from Embakasi where I used to be a councilor sometimes back, are really suffering. I have seen people knocked down by cars because of lack of foot bridges. Again, I wonder why and who award the contracts? If you happen to use Outer Ring Road around Taj Mall during the rainy season, it is impassable because of floods.
