The question is that the two organizations are the bigger stakeholders in this Fund and you cannot leave them out when you are making important decisions in that committee. So, I support the Chairman and the Committee for arriving at that decision. view
  • 3 Dec 2013 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I also rise to support the Chairperson of the Committee. As Members of Parliament, our role is that of oversight. Hon. Members should also learn to trust others. There are people who are elected within our areas and we trust that when they go to these committees, they will do just as well as any other Member of Parliament would do. I oppose the amendment and support the view that Members should not be on that committee. view

I feel that it is true that when you are three people, at least, one initiates something.
