Deputy Speaker, with a lot of respect to the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, when you gave the ruling last week, we expected him to respect the ruling and his leadership in this House, who happens to be Hon. Duale. Hon. Chepkong’a is known to be a destroyer.
