You will find a new building comprising of mixed up commercial and residential sections. I had an opportunity recently to visit Kikopey in Nakuru where the Majority Whip comes from. In the middle of residential dwellings, you have a makeshift hospital and near the hospital is a slaughterhouse. All those places are inaccessible because there is no planning.
