The Micro and Small Enterprises (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bill No. 12 of 2015) is a proposed Amendment Bill to amend the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Act No. 55 of 2012 which sets the foundation for the informal sector which comprises the marginalised entrepreneurs who are spread out in all counties and provide services and products to Kenyans, to be recognised under the law. view
